Investigation Procedures

If you choose H.A.P.S to investigate your home or place of business these are our procedures in conducting an investigation.

1. A H.A.P.S case manager will contact you and ask you some standard questions about your claims of Paranormal Activity. At this time a date and time will be set up for our Lead Investigators to come out to your home for a pre trip investigation.

2. After this has been established our investigators will sit down with you have a brief consultation with you about your experiences. At this time we would ask for a guided tour of the most active places of the home by the client and we would then begin to take baseline EMF readings, radiation readings and ambient temperature fluctuations so that at the initial time of the investigations we can compare these readings with the investigations readings and see if there is any abnormal fluctuations.After this has been conducted we will then set up a date of your convenience to investigate your home.

3. All H.A.P.S Investigations are usually conducted from 6:00pm til 6:00am unless the client has a particular time they would like the investigation to conclude.

4. As the investigation begins we prefer that the client not participate in the investigation at first, We would like to see if we can generate a response from whatever is in your home without your presence. We understand if you want be present and that is fine but we do please ask that you hang back at our base camp, where you may watch our DVR system as the investigation is in progress. We ask this from all of our clients , we want to give you a genuine investigation with no outside contamination and this is the only way to achieve this. If we then feel that activity is low then we may ask the client if they would like to be present so that maybe the entity's will respond to the client since it is the client they mostly interact with on a daily basis. But we would only ask this of a client if they feel comfortable and willing, we do not want to put our clients in harms way.

5. During the investigation we will take countless hours of video, and audio from our evp sessions, along with documented EMF fluctuations and temperature fluctuations which will all be matched with our readings we took from the pre trip investigation from our first initial meeting to see if there are any kind of changes, which could possibly be proof of Paranormal Activity.

6. After the investigation has taken place we will have hours and hours of video and audio to go over this may take some time but we will try to get back to you within a two week period for a review of evidence that has been collected.

7. We will sit down with you go over all the evidence that has been collected and then give you our professional opinion in whether or not your home has Paranormal Activity. You will receive copies of all evidence collected in your home, all of our cases are strictly confidential, no one will know the results of our investigations but you the client.

8. If we feel that we need to go into more depth of the investigation H.A.P.S will go back into the history of the home by going to the historical society, Library and newspaper obituaries, whatever it takes . We only do this with the clients permission of course.

9. At the conclusion of the investigation if evidence reveals that your home has Paranormal activity H.A.P.S will give you some options on what we can do to try and rid your home of this Paranormal problem.

10. Finally H.A.P.S has an open door policy to all of its clients. If you ever become afraid or Paranormal activity begins to escalate in the residence please contact us immediately because your problem has now become our problem and we will help you no matter how long it may take.
