Intelligent Haunting : This type of Haunting is where a spirit can interact and communicate with the living by answering questions that its asked by giving some kind of response intelligently letting the living know that it understands completely.

Residual Haunting : This type of Haunting is when a particular incident lets say such as a door opening at the same time every night  no matter if you are present or not its an environmental recording of something in the past that keeps on running it has no purpose or malice towards the living.

Poltergeist : This type of Haunting usually evolves around a particular person, Sometimes a person going through very difficult times can trigger these events. Activity can manifest as things being moved and thrown around in the home loud bangs and noises, mostly harmless but it can be annoying and frightening to a home owner. The general meaning of a Poltergeist is a noisy spirit.

Unfinished Business : This type of Haunting occurs when a person has died by maybe Murder or they were possibly trying to reach out to a loved one or something possibly tragic happened cutting there time short and not being able to finish things that they had started in life. This all could lead to a haunting of Unfinished Business the soul will not rest until satisfaction is met.

Negative Haunting : This type of Haunting can really frighten a Home owner , I like to describe it to our clients like this in Life you have some really nice people and you have some really not so nice people this applies to the dead as well they were people once and there same negative attitude carries over with them in the afterlife. A haunting like this can really get nasty with objects being thrown at people , people being pushed or slapped , scratches , beds shaking , banging in the walls etc.This negative spirit will try and reek havoc in your Home forcing you to possibly move from the location.

Clinging spirits: A clinging spirit is a spirit that attaches itself to a particular person and follows them throughout there life no matter how many times you move to a new home the Entity follows. There are no guarantees with this Phenomena that it will ever stop.

Jumper : A jumper is a spirit that is usually associated with cemeteries . We have given these entity's this name because this phenomena usually occurs when an entity jumps from a cemetery to a home that is near the location and begins to haunt the location. These events are rare but these types of Hauntings do occur.

Demonic Haunting : Very serious Haunting this is a Haunting not to be taken lightly basically its an entity that has never walked the Earth in Human form (A DEMON) . The signs of a demonic are as follows the Homeowner will experience Very foul smells , scratching sometimes in three's which is the Mocking of the Trinity, hair being pulled , being slapped, furniture being levitated and thrown,extreme cold spots and in some extreme cases possible possession can take place on an individual. These Negative non Human Entity's are there for nothing short of causing total Mayhem and destruction of your life and Home. These cases are very rare but they do happen.

H.A.P.S would like to advise everyone that is experiencing some sort of Paranormal Activity in there home and you haven't tried to seek help, take heed to this warning we are not trying to scare anyone but if a spirit , entity or whatever you want to call it can pick up things and move them then they definitely posses the power to harm you physically as well, just be aware of that before you try and communicate with these spirits on your own without the help of professionals.
